“Moat homes sold me a dream. The sales team is excellent as one would expect them to be - a sale is a sale. The defects team are also very good, but the neighbourhood team is shocking. They have no respect for leaseholders who have just invested a lot of money into a shared ownership home. They don’t reply to emails or texts and you find yourself spending a lot of time chasing them. The service is really bad and I would warn anybody against getting involved with Moat housing when the after sales experience is so disappointing.”
