No pressure, no judgment—just helpful people who know their stuff and actually listen. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and they handled it all so smoothly. “Called to enquire about a tyre as mine was punctured. The man (if you can call him that) asked what brand I would like, never been in a situation like this before so I was confused. His attitude started to come out and his tone was very much condescending. I told him I couldn’t find the brand on the tyre and because of his tone I felt uncomfortable and told him it was ok I’ll look somewhere else. Before I could say anything else, he hung up. Would never come across this business again nor recommend it to anyone. Disturbing attitude, would give it a 0 if I could.”

“What a dreadful service. The guy who called me back was terrible and rude. I told him where I was which is local and he just hung up on me. I have now got a better service from Hometyre, I recommend them because they are far more professional and offer a local service. If this company can afford to throw away good money then good riddance to it!! Absolute rubbish company.”
