“Total scam. Misleading. I assumed i was on the ATT website, as they had that logo at the top of the page. I was charged $24 to begin the process. 20 minutes later the process was stuck at 40% complete. It took me another 24 hours to complete the unlock MYSELF via phone calls, virtual chat, and personal visit to the local ATT store. The next day, after I successfully signed up with another carrier, I received an email from Mobile Unlocked telling me that my phone was now successfully unlocked, and I needed to release to them another $24, or they would cancel the unlock. Sure sounds like a scam to me.”

“They charge me $26.00 up front. I had to reboot after 2 days of nothing happening. Then once they finally sent me notification they wanted to charge another $26.00, it's a rip off. Never mention anything about extra $26.00. VERY MISLEADING!”
