“Surprised that it worked and was relatively easy so 5 out of 5 for that. However, the price of £11.99 that I paid was misleading. Once the process has started (apparently eligibility checks on blacklist registers etc) you get a second payment screen to actually unlock! That was £26.99! When you click why you're being charged it said it was part of the terms of contract. At NO POINT is it made clear you're required to pay two separate charges or what that the £11.99 is an initial fee. It is misleading as if that the final price. It's probably a breach of consumer rights law in the UK and EU. You need to stop doing that. Just be honest!!!”

As beautiful and wonderful as this is, I am a real person and I wanna be real with you not clarity between my initial payment of $15 and believing that the $15 was for the Unlock full stop but then after it went in and did a IMEI check came back awesome you’re good. Give us five minutes and your phone be unlocked forever. You just need to go ahead and finish paying 50 bucks to do it now there is something about network check and it says like the checks aren’t free in the refunds, but it’s a little deceptive when two buttons next to each other is unlock your phone and one is test or figure out what your network is. Doesn’t go into saying that your initial payment is simply just a test to see if it will be unlocked. I jumped on the 14 because it was the cheapest I seen if times are tough right now that’s all I had. I feel like that 14.99 would’ve gotten nothing. I would’ve been out. Luckily I did five minutes later. My iPad was unlocked. Amazing at what it does I just really don’t think the bate and Switch is the way to go when they have such a good product.
