“I paid £11.99 assuming the phone would be in unlocked however it automatically went to eligibility checks. Then I was required to pay another £26.99 to unlock the phone. I paid this and it hasn’t made a difference. No sim is working in the phone besides the Sky sim I initially had. I have been ripped off.
