When you click why you're being charged it said it was part of the terms of contract. At NO POINT is it made clear you're required to pay two separate charges or what that the £11.99 is an initial fee. It is misleading as if that the final price. It's probably a breach of consumer rights law in the UK and EU. You need to stop doing that. Just be honest!!!”
