“What a great company. Used MG on a couple of occasions now, both were great experiences. Lee, who delivered my scooter today was a proper gent. He was so helpful and went up and beyond to make the experience stress free and made sure I understood all the paperwork. Give this man a bonus. MG as a whole- fantastic company, wouldn’t use anyone else. TY.”

“Hello Mobility Giant, Mrs. D. Kerr here i am very very happy with my Mobility Scooter that i very recently bought from your company. I would very very Highly recommend anyone to purchase from you. My mobility scooter arrived on 18th October 2025 to Arbroath, Angus, Scotland. Davey the delivery man was very very helpful. I would recommend Mobility Giants 10/10 Staff. Also 10/10 For Prompt delivery and everything was well organised and shipment delivery spot on. Well Done all round Mobility Giants. From Mrs D. Kerr. Very fast and prompt 2 days only waiting time all the way to East Coast of Scotland. Plus for such a beautiful Mobility Scooter it was money well spent. Everything Very Very Positive, and i couldnt be any happier with My Mobility Freerider Mayfair 4 wheeled Mobility Scooter great Suspension also.”

“The customer service is second to none it's fantastic my scooter is brilliant use it all the time to go shopping getting out and about gives you total freedom I will never go past this company from buying to any problems they deal with it for you and the service team help you to sort things out also which they did for me Vicky was fantastic in helping me sort what I thought was a problem but it was just the flick of a switch my fault but she still took the time to help me”

“A friend of mine only owed a few months in arrears for the scooter she had. The staff claimed she owed 6 month’s on it, which was a lie. She only owed 4 month’s. When she enquired about getting the scooter fixed, the engineer came out, & said he won’t be long with the scooter. The engineer seized the scooter lying on the door cam about fetching it back. The director broke the agreement that she made to pay on that precise date. 2 vans turned up on the date that the mobility scooter was seized, not given their own intentions, used dishonesty & lies to seize the scooter. I can’t say much about buying the mobility scooter’s from the company, but a complete joke of a business to extort to dishonesty to seize the scooter. Honesty would have been the right way to deal with the situation at hand. If you get yourself into arrears with a mobility scooter from this company, that’s the treatment that you might get. When my friend spoke to the director, he was very patronising & extremely rude, which isn’t the way to handle a call to a very upset customer, especially with a learning disability. I will press on to say avoid this company at all time’s with leasing out a scooter. May I add, people’s circumstances do change, & as a director of the business, he should be aware of this.”

“Why do I keep coming back to Mobility Giant when I need to change my mobility scooter? Because their service and products are always five star plus. Thank you Stefan you have a natual ability to make any potential customer feel that the service you provide is very personal. Thank you Raul again bang on time and again you are always very polite and helpful. This time I have purchased a TGA Vita S it is very very good condition looks like new and at a good price. If only all companies were run like this !!”

“I have just purchased a TGA Breeze S3. The sales staff were very helpful and the scooter was delivered on time as arranged. There are a few issues with this scooter but William the sales rep has got these all in hand and they will be resolved shortly. Some years ago I purchased a TGA Minim Plus from this company which I am still using on a daily basis and it has been a good reliable scooter. L am lookin forward to getting the same from the new one. I can recommend this company for good honest and reliable advice with a very good customer service and first class back up”

“I have been renting from mobility Giant for 2 years and they have been brilliant so helpful and when I had a problem with my scooter they sorted it no problem and when my health changed the sorted out to off hire the scooter and pick it up a Great company a pleasure to rent a scooter off”
