“Lovely quality shoes which unfortunately had to be returned due to fit. After sales treatment disgraceful. After returning on the 29th July received an e-Mail saying that I would be refunded by the 20th August. Despite numerous e-mails ( replied by automated reply) and very frustrating ingnored telephone calls it is now the 27th of August and no signs of my refund.”

“Moda In Pelle footwear is beyond a doubt the most comfortable and flattering. From low heeled boots, casual day wear to heels for that special occasion I would recomend Moda In Pelle. I bought the Bezzie boots in cream leather last winter and also the black and they have taken me through every season as they feel butter soft and can be worn with jeans and dresses for a boho look. I have had lots of compliments when out and about wearing my Bezzies! I needed a very stylish pair of silver heels for an upcoming celebration and once again Moda In Pelle had exactly what I needed. I actually only go to Moda In Pelle when looking for footwear as I am never disaapointed. I have very bad bunions therefore I have to be careful when choosing footwear but I know that I can find style and also comfort with every purchase. Thank you Moda In Pelle!”

“Love the boots I ordered so much that I ordered three more pairs. Bought in the sale and combined it with a 3 for 2 code and it came out at a ridiculously good price. The only thing to note is that the sizing is wildly off. I am ALWAYS a size 4 and have been since I was 11 years old. I never wear any other size. When I ordered a size 4 in these boots, they were huge. I had to pay over £5 to return them and then ordered again in a size 3 and they fit perfectly. I guess my main annoyance is that the sizing is so far off and I had to pay so much for the return when I had no way of knowing that they were so far from fitting. The first pair I ordered that I returned were definitely returned by someone else too - they had creases where the shoe bends as you walk. They'd definitely been worn a few times to get that settled-in crease.”

“I am disappointed that such a well-known company has chosen to cooperate with such an unreliable company as Evri. I returned my order but I have not received a refund because the parcel supposedly never reached Moda in Pelle. I paid for shoes that unfortunately I do not have. The customer service was also very unhelpful. Shameful.”

“I have ordered online from Moda in Pelle several times and have always been very satisfied both with the process and the product. I know that their size 5 fits me well so, as my nearest store is some distance away, I am quite happy to order online and I have never been disappointed.”
