“I doubt this will win me 200 pounds. I have been a fan of your shoes and boots for quite a few years and have lots of pairs of everything. Over the past 6 moths I have struggled to find items that I like are your usual class of style and definitely not the same quality. I hope this is due to change in the spring”

“I absolutely love Moda in Pelle, I have purchased many pairs of footwear and a few bags, I've been happy with them all. On the two occasions I have had to contact customer services (including my most recent purchase) staff have all been friendly, polite and ensures they chase up and keep me informed until a resolution has been completed. I have used this company for over four year and will continue to do so.”

“I bought these boots in black in Leeds store-Lucinda the assistant was amazing and advised they would be available online in cream if needed as I was looking for summer boots too. They are so comfortable and stylish- soft leather that feels like slippers and they fit my slim ankles too. I would recommend anyone to buy these, but beware you WILL want to buy a second colour”

“I love MIP shoes! I’m very sad my local store has closed recently as this means online shopping and potentially returning items a real hassle. Returns are slow, the courier was unable to locate the returns place the first time and I had to offer directions found online. I am still waiting for my money back, it’s been 9 days, this is too slow. It’s concerning.”
