“Whilst the shoes are lovely,as a customer the online shopping experience leaves a lot to be desired. I paid for next day delivery but the order took 1 week to arrive which meant I bought an alternative pair of shoes from Carvella as I wanted them for a holiday. The return from Eldwick to Leeds took 14 days - I could have walked it quicker. I was told it would be up to 10 days for my return to be processed and now that has happened I have to wait a further 5 to 7 days to receive my money- to me this is completely unacceptable. I tried ringing on numerous occasions and was either disconnected after a 10 minute wait or had an answer message to say the line was closed (2pm last Friday) despite the website stating the lines were open until5pm. I will never use the online service again”

“Lovely helpful staff in leeds store, i bought 1 pair of boots. Liked them so much my husband bought me a 2nd pair in a different coulour. Store was immaculate inside as well”

“Bought a card holder in the sale, intended for a gift, beauitfully packaged and looks so expensive. Always tend to buy items in the sale as I am an OAP and have never been dissapointed with my purchases.”

“I love the products and they are always great quality and come well packaged. The customer service team are helpful. I had one issue with a very overdue delivery but that was down to Evri and customer services supported with retrieval of my parcel to delivery.”

“First time buying shoes from here as a brand, when trying them in store the people who helped me out were exceedingly friendly and helpful, although I had to order the colour I wanted online (which was an easy experience). It has been a good brand to buy from and I am loving the shoes so far!”
