“Sonnia Porvair Black Sandals:- A recent purchase for a friend..She was over the moon..exactly what she was looking for as she wears a lot of dresses and loves smart ankle heels. MODA IN PELLE emailed about order and despatch..The shoes arrived on time well packaged and lovely presentation. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again ..Thank you Beverly Mason”

“Shoes are beautifully made. With quality leather. Would like to see the loafer styles with a slightly wider fit, loved them but a little tight across the front for me. Staff in Cirencester store were amazing, polite and extremely helpful”

“After visiting store in York my wife seen a pair of boots in the sale I ordered them on line and everything seemed good but the delivery is on hold with Evri. I ordered another item that arrived on time and was has described overall a great service”

“Really disappointed with your refund processing timescales and customer service response times. My parcel tracking said my item was received by you on 17th and I am still waiting for the money to be refunded to my account. I used the chat service on 28th Oct to enquire about my refund and I’m still awaiting a response. I emailed on 28th about my refund and didn’t receive a response until 4th Nov. Was told, going by your processing timescales and your records stating the item was received on 22nd Oct, I should receive a refund by 5th Nov (today). There is no money in my account today. You are not meeting your stated response times in terms of replying to emails (it took five days instead of your stated three) or when processing refunds (you say up to 10 working days and I’m now on working day 13 and still waiting). Disappointed and unsure if I’ll order from you again as can’t be guaranteed I’ll get my money back in a timely fashion if the items don’t suit.”

“Love moda boots delivery is fast refunds not so fast still waiting... unfortunately I had to send boots back as couldn't get up my fat calfs but over the years have bought many ankle boots and would highly recommend”

“Ordered some gorgeous boots (well everything in Moda is gorgeous! Delivered to the Harrogate shop. Collected them and they're really fabulous. Easy to order and I prefer to collect them in case I'm out when delivered”

“I have now purchased several pairs of shoes and a handbag from Moda in Pelle. Everything was delivered quickly and the shoes are all super comfy in lovely soft leather. The bag was also excellent quality. I will definitely buy again.”

“The quality of products is amazing and the styles are very different. Love the cariety of designs and colours. Something to suit everyone. Love the shoes that have the branding on them. Service is phenomenal both online and in store. Starting shopping with Moda In Pelle about three years ago and would not go anywhere else. Excellent value for money.”

“Shoes were a gift but arrived in a battered box with brown stains on the white laces. They claimed to be a size 8, but we're far too small for my partner. P I then had to pay for the return. Not going to shop with Moda in Pelle again.”
