“I purchased boots which were too big . I returned on 22/10/25 and am still waiting a refund . Trying to get through by phone is impossible so I’ve mailed through on customer service and I’m still waiting for a response 24 hrs later.”

“I haven't been able to collect my item. I asked for sorry and got a reply that didn't answer my question. I emailed again and now nothing. Very poor service and I still don't have the item!”

“Lovely comfortable but fashionable shoes - I keep buying because they are so lovely from Mida. The last purchase of pinky coloured platform trainers are currently on my feet and the look really cool and are soooo comfortable from the first time on!!!!”

“Received faulty trainers. Immediately emailed customer care who stated on web site 3 day turnaround. 21 days later. After sending the trainers at my own expense, contacted me to state they do not have my trainers. Submitted photographs from Royal Mail confirming delivery however still no joy at finding them A month after initially receiving the faulty trainers they were ‘ found’ in your warehouse. And eventually refunded Deplorable customers service and will not use company again.”

“I have problems with my feet and need comfortable shoes and boots. I find with moda in pelle shoes and boots serve my needs. I also like the styles which are different from the high street and reasonably priced. I would recommend moda in pelle.”
