“Order reference 1903918 (WEB1903918) I placed this order on 22nd October and paid for next day delivery. I have emails from you confirming the order, and the money has left my bank account. The link I have been provided with to track the order confirms Evri is still waiting to receive the parcel from you. I have sent an email to your customer service team daily for at least 10 days, each of which have been completely ignored. Your chatbot is too busy to help me. To add insult to injury, I then received an email from you asking that I review the boots I ordered, and now this request to review your service! After filling in an online form, I finally received contact from someone called isabella yesterday to confirm the order has been lost. I replied to confirm I would like the order re-sent, but again I have received nothing further to confirm that has been actioned or when I should expect to receive the order. There has been no offer to refund even the next day delivery charge. I realise that stuff goes wrong, and that wouldn't ordinarily bother me too much, but your complete inability to resolve this has been astounding! Your option in the following boxes ask me to confirm who made the delivery. There is no option to select "nobody".”

“Cowhide cowboy boots. I am very cross with alot of shoe companies who now thing a size 8 is a 41 euro size, this always used to be a 7. Which is why although the boots were lovely, well made, I have had to send back because they were far too small. Would of purchased a size 9 but only a few styles offered in this size. So now moda will have to be scrubbed from the list, where I can purchase shoes. I have had to contact company to send my refund as over the 10 days. Also not happy having to pay returns.”

“Mode in Pelle gave me a great service! The time between ordering and delivery was very short, and I was kept informed at every step. The boots I bought, were also perfect. Exactly as described, and the photos were true to the colour. As for the colour of the boots, it is perfect. It works with both greys and black, as well as warmer, browns creams and tans. I'm sure it would also work with greens.”

“I ordered two pairs of boots. Loved them both, but one pair was scuffed. I rang Customer Services and received amazing service, very friendly & efficient, solving the issue within minutes. Very impressed - thank you. Great products and great staff !!”

“Just purchased yet another pair of boots from Moda. As usual they are wonderful quality, beautiful leather and very comfortable from the outset. I admit to buying mostly in the sale as it makes them just so affordable and allows me to have several pairs. I have many pairs of boots, trainers, trainers and sandals and have not been disappointed yet.”
