“I always buy my footwear from Moda. They are always beautiful and well made. My recent purchase was from the shop in York and the lady that served me was so pleasant and helpful. This was despite the fact that she herself had fallen on the ice that morning. Her Customer Care was just lovely.”

“Product quality is always good but the online customer service is extremely poor. I've had an issue on every order I've made. Wrong shoes in the box, damaged boxes, slow delivery and even slower response from customer services. Their poor customer service is damaging the brand reputation in my opinion”

“Moda In Pelle was always a luxury brand way out of my price range sadly. I would browse the beautiful shoes and boots on line thinking one day I would own a pair 😍 But thanks to their amazing sale and with the help of Klarna I was able to treat myself to a smashing pair of blue suede ankle boots ❤️ From the delivery bag to the boots themselves wrapped luxuriously in tissue and the most beautiful box inside and out, I was in love. The quality and style of my boots is unmatched and has made me reconsider my purchasing strategies in the future ❤️ From now on it’s quality and not quantity!!”
