“Boots are great good quality super comfy I am normally a 5/38 I find they are slightly big but don't mind as I can wear thicker socks if I want. 5/5 For colour & quality.”

“I bought some ankle boots online. Arrived quickly which was nice but the boots didn't match at the front and looked stupid to wear as a pair. Very disappointed. I took them back to the shop and I got a refund which took nearly two weeks to receive . I would have kept the boots if they hadn't been odd. It definitely has put me off from ordering on line from Monday In Pelle. Customer service was good though apart from taking a little too long to receive my refund.”

“A friend of mine introduced me to Moda in Pelle and I wondered what the fuss was. Purchased my first pair in summer of 2024 and they were so great bought a further 2 pairs since. I would definitely recommend them for stylish comfort and up to date trends. Five stars!”

“Love their quality boots & have purchased several pairs over the years. Ordered 2 pairs of size 6 boots but one were very small fitting & had to be returned. This is the first time i've had a problem with sizing.”

“I live in a small town in Surrey and do volunteer work as well as belong to several organisations. I am frequently asked from where did I buy my shoes and yesterday I heard someone say, "She's the "shoe lady." I must ask her where she buys them. I'd like a pair like that." “I Love the cut of the shoes sometimes you have to go one size up. The only thing is when you do return they take To Long to get your money back.”

“Unfortunately my boots did not fit and I had to return them the same day they were delivered. Moda in Pelle confirmed they received them on the 17 December yet the refund was not actioned until the 8 January and the money is still in transit. Even allowing for Christmas this is disappointing service from a brand I love.”
