“The boots were lovely, they didn't quite fit right so I returned them on the 17th December. I am still waiting for my refund despite them saying they received them on the 19th. Klarna are chasing for payment, and I have sent 2 emails to Moda with no reply. I had to speak to Klarna about this yesterday and Moda could learn a thing or two from them about excellent customer service. I've purchased lots of boots from Moda in the past and returned some but never had this issue, pull your socks up on your customer service or I will not be ordering from you again!”

“I only buy Moda In Pelle trainers now. They are SO comfortable, stylish, and versatile. I’ve worn them to award shows, dinners out, and going to the shops. My big decision each season is which colour and style I’m going to choose next!”

“I have been buying from Moda in Pelle for a very long time and purchased a lot of shoes/trainers boots/sandals/bags/scarves. All are top quality items with amazing style and comfort at amazing prices. The customer service is the best I have experienced, if I have ever had any issues they have responded and resolved quickly and efficiently with a very friendly and helpful attitude at all times.”

“Love the Kallie wedge boot! This does come up small so go up a size but so comfy! Get an extra 3.5 inches height and the almond toe is so flattering. So glad I bought them.”
