“I purchased two sets of boots which were lovely, I unfortunately had to return them as I was looking for boots to comfortably cover ankle splints and they were a tad too tight when I tried them with the splints. But looked like high quality shoes .”

“I ordered on 1st December! Took three weeks to arrive and then due to wrong size returned same day. Still waiting for a refund and haven’t heard anything even though Royal Mail confirmed delivered over 2 weeks ago. Poor service and poor communication.”

“As someone who has the worst feet ever (bunions are us - don't even get me started on fallen arches) and can never find shoes/boots that are comfy to wear for long periods, feel as though I've come home! I bought the fur lined Bezzie boots in the sale. Not only are they gorgeous, they are so comfortable and warm. The leather is beautifully soft and supple and an absolute dream to wear. I went up a size because of the fur lining and so glad I did. I've worn these on walks for hours. Superb quality and my feet and I are looking forward to owning another pair of these in a really vibrant colour.”
