“Love my shoes but ordering is a nightmare. Ordered my usual size but they were too small (despite checking the measurements). Had to pay to return them, even though I wanted to exchange to next size up. Will put me off ordering in future.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of boots. Both arrived super quick both great quality. I had to return one as small fitting but the others I kept. Didn't take long for refund. Return was easy.”

“Whether I shop in store or online, the result is the same - excellent quality shoes/boots/sandals. Online delivery is fast and reliable; in store the staff are helpful and friendly. I swear by the leather trainer style shoes, must be on pair 8 by now … long lasting and stylish, suitable for many occasions”

“I made 2 purchases on 5th December, one of the purchases was the wrong size so I immediately returned it. I then contacted the business on 17th December to chase payment. On 19th December I received confirmation that the returned product arrived on 10th December and payment would follow on and around 24th Dec. I have chased again on 2nd Jan, as yet I have not received my £79.00 as yet. The products themselves are great, I would have given a 5, but the drawn out returns process is totally unacceptable.”

“Loved every pair I’ve had!! Love the fact that moda always have quality fashionable shoes that are always comfy. Don’t think I’ve ever had a pair that haven’t been super comfy!! They also still sell leather something that is so rare to come by these days thanks for designing shoes that are actually fit for purpose!”

“The Bezzie boots that I recently purchased were my second pair this year. I loved the first pair so much that i wanted themmin another colour. The leather is beautifully soft and the boots are exceptionally comfortable and seem very well made. There was a slight delay in the dispatch of the boots however i received several update emails keeping me informaed as to what was going on with my order.”

“I purchased ladies leather gloves as a christmas gift for my son in laws mum , id not heard of moda and pelle till i met her its one of her favourite brands and i must admit i was smitten the gloves are butter soft and decorated with silver beads to give a bit if bling and she loved them . I will definitely be purchasing something for myself soon as i am impressed”
