“Always surprised at the quality and the variety of wonderfully different and beautifully made products. Have purchased trainers, shoes and handbags and have always been immensely pleased with the items received. If anything has to go back it is always swiftly dealt with and the money is refunded within days. A pleasure doing business with them and would certainly recommend.”

“Always love this brand of shoe. Top quality good fit. Have many pairs. However, disappointed with the Ilaria, as the jewels keep falling out. My new navy pair arrived with two jewels loose in the bag. Intend to glue all jewels in before wearing this time. This will not affect me purchasing moda in pelle in the future. The ankle boots I buy are hardwesring and amazing too”

“Your Norwich shop provides excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly. They helped me place an order online and the boots were delivered to my home very quickly. The boots were of excellent quality and I got a big discount. I like my purchase. I shared my experience with my friend and now we are frequent visitors there.”

“I have one pair of shoes I love from here, so comfy and stylish. On this basis I bought a second pair online..what i received was.very different and a faulty item that had obviously been previously worn and returned due to manufactured fault - large bump on sole where ball of foot should sit. The returns process has been difficult..at first they said it's ok,.they want to keep me as a customer sp will refund without be going to the hassle of.aensinh back..I say yes please but then days go by and I hear nothing. I email again and this time get a difference response from a different person saying I have to send the shoes back but because they've taken so long to respond I might miss the 28 day window. So unfortunately they have lost a customer who would have probably bought at least 3 pairs of shoes a year.”

“No Refund, No Response – Appalling Service (order number 1744124) I returned a pair of boots on 28th of February using Evri’s 2-day courier service, and I believe the seller received them within a few days. Yet, I heard nothing for two weeks. When I chase them, they conveniently claimed the boots only arrived on 12th of March—seriously? I was then told to wait another 10 working days for a refund, which is already excessive in today’s world of instant transactions. But even after that wait, there has been no refund, no acknowledgment, and no communication—a disgraceful level of customer service. I emailed them again, and unsurprisingly, no response. Absolutely unacceptable. It seems I have no choice but to go through my bank to receive the refund”

“My experience with Moda in Pelle was an excellent one. The boots I ordered arrived but they weren't the right colour. Exchanging them for another pair was no problem and the right pair came within a few days.”

“The service and delivery was excellent however the product was very disappointing. A lovely pump trainer but the design is very poor and it simply does not stay on the foot. I have tried insoles and anti-slip heels too but nothing works!”
