“Website was easy to use, bought the boots in the sale to replace some old really comfy tan boots, perfect fit, lovely colour, really comfy and a great heel size for every day. The boots arrived quickly and in perfect condition and on time. I would definitely buy again, had lots of positive comments on my boots. A great price for leather tan boots.”

“I have purchased a number of items from Moda Pelle, the shoes are comfortable, wear very well and are always admired. The customer service is quick and efficient the orders are processed and delivered very quickly. All round I love the range of items that comes out each year thank you”

“Although I love the boots I purchased (extremely comfortable and warm), I am disappointed to find that yet again, when the heels wear down, I will either have to throw them away or opt to have the whole of the sole replaced as the heels bit are not detachable. This is extremely costly. Indeed, on going to Timpsons, I found that it will cost almost as much as I paid for the boots...............so in other words the lifetime of these boots is limited. Please Moda In Pelle, design the boots so that in future they can be reheeled and we can enjoy a lifetime of enjoyment from your products.”

“I ordered a pair of ankle boots from Moda In Pelle which arrived promptly and were as their description and photos but unfortunately they were too narrow in their width for my feet. I decided to return the boots for a refund following the instructions online. After two weeks I contacted customer service at Moda In Pelle to chase it up. I was told that they had no record of my return, to which I then had to track my parcel with Royal Mail, to find out that my boots had been delivered and signed for 3 days after I had returned them. I am still waiting for my refund three weeks on. I have contacted customer service with photos of my certificate of postage and screen shots of their receipt back to the warehouse. From this experience I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and will continue to chase my refund.”

“Delivery was quick but unfortunately the trainers were too big so had to be returned. No acknowledgment was received to say you had received them so I sent a message via Facebook, where I received confirmation that you had received them on 14 March and I should wait 14 working days to receive my refund and confirmation email. This is not good customer service. 3 weeks (including weekends) to process a refund is too long. I was going to order another pair from you once the refund has been received but I’m now having second thoughts. I always considered your company to be a premium brand but I’m really not happy with how long it takes to process a refund.”

“I can always get a size 3 which isn't always the case with other brands. The shoes and trainers I've purchased in the past are well made, always comfortable and great styling. When looking for shoes I feel I can always depend on Moda in Pelle! The trainers in the photo I've had 2 yrs!!!”

“It was the first time I shopped with Moda In Pelle and it is now the first place I look when I want to buy footwear. I received my order very quickly, I was very pleased with what I received and there was very clear instructions regarding what to do if I wasn’t happy with my order. Excellent service.”

“My order number 1741120 has still not been refunded. This was apparently refunded on the 14th March. I have still not received it and have emailed customer service twice. Please look into this, thanks Victoria Paul”
