“Love the array of choice and quality of footwear. Have purchased many pairs from stores and on-line in the past and the customer service was excellent. The only negative is the sizing seems to run large and I am 3, please please provide more in a size 2.”

“Normally love Moda shoes this time not so keen, maybe not quite what I was looking for and due to shiny lining not great with socks. However as I bought in sale and needed right then have decided to keep and hope they soften a little.”

“I returned the boots as the right boot was scuffed and marked. I had a good response from customer service. I did not have to pay for the return. However I have not received the refund I was promised.”

“The online shopping experience was good, however I did return all but 2 of the pairs of shoes I ordered to store. Visiting the store to do this, one of the members of staff was incredibly disgruntled about the fact that I'd shopped online and not instore and that I should have known all items were in stock for me to try to save returning them all. My preference was for both me and my daughter to try the shoes on at home and choose the styles we liked as quite frankly, shopping in Leeds is not her idea of a great time. The shop assistant just kept going on about how they won't have jobs if everyone shops online... online shopping has been around for years and years.... everyone still has a job. It was very unprofessional. My refund took TWENTY ONE days to credit my account and I had to chase customer services via email for it. Not impressed at all.”
