“I first bought Moda in Pelle a few years ago in a summer sale in a store in town. I found them very comfortable and quickly got to the stage I could wear nothing else as they didn’t compare to the comfort I had gotten used too. I’m a heavy frame lady with trouble in my joints so struggle with finding suitable comfortable foot wear. I would now wear nothing else. I don’t usually purchase online as if it’s not suitable it’s a lot of hassle to get it returned. I went onto the web site when I couldn’t see anything I fancied in store, I have to say it was very well laid out, pictures were actuate and the order process was simple. My package came within a few days. I have now purchased from the web site a few times with no hesitation”

“I have quite enjoyed purchasing items from Moda in Pelle. The shoes in particular are very stylish, feels like good quality, comfortable to wear and soft on the foot, with not much need to stretch out the leather in that painful process. The only downside I would say is that, doing returns, contacting them or making complaints seems like quite the hassle. To return an item requires filling in a printed form that comes with your purchase and you have to then send it back through mail or one of their services but the process has no digital tracking, nor do you get informed of them even receiving the item or when they will issue the return/refund. So you're left blank. I had to chase after them to find out the procedure and it took a number of days for them to respond. It feels like a rather slow and outdated process, it could have been easier on both parts, to get an automated email when the item had been returned on their end and how long it would take further.”

“This is the second pair of these sandals I have brought after I wore out the first pair! They are comfortable, the heal is not too high, and go with all my summer clothes. I have taken them on holiday and worn them to work! As with Moda in Pelle shoes I did not need to wear them in either! Really love these sandals!”

“Great quality boots for the price. Customer service has been great. I returned a pair of boots ( too tight on calf) to the concession at Downtown in Grantham. The sales assistant was very helpful dealing with my return. She then suggested a suitable style as replacement. I hadn’t considered this style but they fitted well, looked great and were on offer. Very happy customer!”

“I’ve got lots of pain in my feet and lots of boots are so heavy,these are so light. They are probably the lightest boots I’ve ever had. So comfortable. I definitely recommend them, I love them ❤️”
