“Bought some lovely boots which I'm really happy with. The reason for not giving the full five stars is the refund process. I had to return one pair I'd bought online as they were too small (apparently I'm a size 6 in one pair of boots, but a 7 in another). I took them back to store. I had no refund after two weeks, so contacted customer services, who confirmed this was correct - the boots would be 'processed' soon and it could take another week for the money to be returned. Three weeks for a refund is mad! Especially compared to other shops where the process is much simpler and the money is back in your account in just a few days.”

“I have found Moda In Pelle the worst company I have ever dealt with! I have been trying to receive a refund on boots I sent back on 20th January and they said it would be processed by 10th February but still nothing only a confirmation email to say they had been dispatched again!! Absolute joke and no one will answer the telephone number!!!”

“I have had quite a few pairs of shoes from moda in pelle and I have to say that I have loved every pair. My recent purchase was for a pair of boots and they are the most comfortable boots I have worn. It is so easy to order, delivery is quick. I'm sure customer service is great but I have never had to contact them as I have never had any problems or issues.”

“Mode in Pelle sell lovely quality boots. Their also very comfortable and long lasting. But getting a refund if you return them is another Story! Their Communication regarding Returns yet is another story! Never acknowledge they had received the Boots I had returned until I put in a Card dispute with My Bank! Funny that isn't it. I must have waited for about a Month for My Refund. Guess Money is more important in their Account than in Mine! And no compensation!”
