“Mode in Pelle sell lovely quality boots. Their also very comfortable and long lasting. But getting a refund if you return them is another Story! Their Communication regarding Returns yet is another story! Never acknowledge they had received the Boots I had returned until I put in a Card dispute with My Bank! Funny that isn't it. I must have waited for about a Month for My Refund. Guess Money is more important in their Account than in Mine! And no compensation!”

“Love these shoes and bags. Always well made, so much choice and great prices. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is both times I have ordered 2 sizes in shoes to try, sent 1 pair back, which hasn't been a problem in itself. But then had to chase acknowledgement of receipt of return and chase my refund on both occasions.”
