“I recently bought my first Moda in Pelle shoes and am over the moon with the service, quality and feel of both shoes. I purchased a pair of high ankle boots which are warm, grippy and perfect for smart-casual winter wear. The second pair were a smarter shoe for a slightly smart look with jeans - again, excellent quality and lovely sole padding for comfort. Definitely a returning customer!”

“Really lovely product, but sadly let down by bizarrely bad service. First, drove out 45 mins to my nearest store to exchange products, but it was closed with no sign on the windows indicating why or when it would reopen. Wasted journey/morning. I then returned the two styles I wanted to change by post - and 6 weeks later am still awaiting a long-promised refund. Noone seems to know why it's taken so long and I'm shocked that any business nowadays hasn't caught up with what customers expect now.”

“I bought my trainers off the internet, in the sale but Moda treated them exactly as they would a full price purchase. I ordered them late at night, and recieved an email telling me they had been dispatched the next day. They were delivered the day after in their original box, with the toes packed with tissue paper and card for support, and the box was lined with tissue paper to enclose and seperate the shoes. The box was then sealed in a tough plastic coating for protection in case the box had to be left somewhere where it might get damp. In my case the box was left in an open porch, but behind a wall so they couldn't be seen by passers by, but I could see them from my front door. The trainers are lovely, they are khaki coloured suede but they have a firm white sole,which is a slight wedge shape so they are more like a shoe than a trainer, and the suede feels quite stiff, but they are verycomfortable, and have a suitably wide toe box so they don't hurt the bunion on one of my feet [Well, I am over 70!]”
