“Great products beautifully presented. The digital interface needs improvement. I had to fight it to buy my shoes as it had an Error 44 in the checkout process. Once I decided to ignore the error, it worked.”

“Within 1 week of purchasing my boots the sole had fallen off from the heal with only a couple of cm’s holding at the toe. Such a shame as they really are lovely boots but I got them repaired , delivery was on time.”

“I recently purchased boots online but unfortunately they were too big and had to be returned. I returned them to the local store free of charge, the ladies working at the store were very helpful and very pleasant and I received my refund without any problems. First class service !!”

“I bought the Bailly Jet Black leather trainers Size 40. As I had been searching for many years for a replacement every day leather trainer I was delighted with my purchase. The leather is so soft, with zips for ease of getting the shoes on and off. The shoes also have individual style. Well done Moda in Pella for a great purchase at a reasonable price.”
