“I was sent wrong item. I ordered sandals 15 sep. i was sent boots which i had to return I await a refund. Nothing. Very very poor service. No apology no communication, no one answers phonecalls. Elizabeth Hilton Pembs.”

“I recently bought a pair of patent leather loafers. They were very tight at first (thinking initially, these are not true to size)but having stretched them with wooden shoe trees they now fit perfectly”

“Lovely products but terrible customer service. I returned some boots over 3 weeks ago which seem to have been lost by EVRI in transit. No replies from emails and impossible to get to talk to anyone. Not impressed so far. I am owed a £55 refund and spent £3.50 on a return that never arrived.”

“I was a regular customer but the return system is broken so I am not sure I will order online again. I bought several pairs of shoes online but had to return one in two I kept ordering because the fit was not right. Whereas a year ago, I could take shoes back to a Moda in Pelle shop and receive refund within a matter of days or maximum weeks. Lately, it has all gone to pot. So much so, that I had to write to the customer services, they could not locate my return order, I had to attach return slips and still had to wait. In the end the founder wrote to me to explain why the system was not functioning. I tried to email him back only to find out that it was a robot which contacted me. Moda in Pelle customer service has really gone down hill in my view. Apart from that, the shoes that I kept are great, very nice styles and material.”

“The leather is such good quality and the shoes and sandals I have bought have been in the sale with excellent reductions followed by a further offer of another 20%. I am retiring next year and my purchases will go towards my retirement days when it will be harder for me to spend so freely. Some of the problem I have with all shoes is that I need a size 40 and a half so some styles at size 40 feel slightly tighter but a 41 feels too big so I have to get the right style. A complaint I do have is that the returns are extremely difficult, therefor I would be reluctant to pay full price for any. I recently bought a pair of size 41 green boots and they are huge but I am unable to return them. Some shoes I have bought feel slightly tighter but low at the back and do not stay on my feet as well as they should. Otherwise I am delighted with the products I have purchased recently.”

“I have had many purchases from Moda in Pelle and every pair of shoes, boots, Sandals and trainers I have had have been extremely comfortable from day 1. I have even got my mum and 2 of my friends hooked. I highly recommend Moda in Pelle to anyone the shoes are comfortable and sylish they have something for everyone.”

“Absolutely Brilliant!! I love these boots, they are real suede and very substantial, the soles are chunky and give great grip! They are stylish and fit well with the ability to alter the laces to fit your foot, then just use the zip. High fashion with comfort and excellent quality!!”

“Most stunning boots I've ever owned. Cherry red western boots with dipped front, chelsea sides and studs down back of boot. Always found this brand small fitting so I went up a size from a 7 to an 8 and they are very comfy with room for chunky socks. People comment on them every time I leave the house in them. I'm a convert to Moda in Pelle now.”
