“Purchased a pair of shoes from Moda In Pelle that arrived and were faulty. Customer Services approved the return and item sent back three weeks ago. Still not been refunded ,two emails sent no reply to either. online chat not available and customer services not available to speak to on the phone. For premium shoes the service is terrible. I would like my refund please.”

“I have many pairs of Moda in Pelle boots/trainers but lately the sizing is way off and more narrow fitting than they used to be. I'm not happy at all with my latest purchases. The first one being a beautiful pair of shoes which I had to return as even though they fitted my foot size, my heels were slipping out of them. Second was a pair of lovely long boots but when I noticed in the shop that they were badly marked with dirty looking marks I decided to order them online as there was only one pair in my size. I was going to order them myself at home but the assistant ordered them for me while I was in the shop. However, what I didn't realise was that by ordering them that way, I could only have an exchange or gift card and not a refund. I'm very dissatisfied because I had to return those as well and now I'm stuck with a gift card which I fear I may never use.”

“Ordered shoes not sure of the quality however when they arrived speedily I opened the box I was delighted with my purchase. Shoes are different the fit is good and overall I am very hsppy and look forward to my next purchase 😃”

“The item I ordered and received was not the item advertised. I sent many emails to which I had no reply. I am still out of pocket for return costs. Will not be shopping with Mode in Pelle again or recommend them.”

“Love the quality, choice and the great colours of your leather footwear! Have been a loyal customer and have many pairs of your sandals, trainers and boots. I’ve loved the design of some of your non leather goods but don’t find them to be very comfortable & expensive for synthetic. Most disappointing I returned a pair of boots to store nearly a month ago (the day after they delivered) & still haven’t received a refund. I had an apology on Oct 1st but still no refund some 12 days later !”

“my recent experience has been poor with moda in pelle. i have contacted via online chat message, email and contact telephone. still waiting on a response from the 30th september 2025. (supposedly they respond within 4days to any queries) online services need a rehaul proxess and procedures need to be updated.”
