“BUYER BEWARE Beyond shocking customer services. No answer via webchat or email, tried for days to get someone to answer the phone. Nothing to support lost returns parcels, or process any refunds.”

“I've bought several pairs of trainers from Moda in Pelle and they are always really high quality, stylish and so comfortable. Sizing is spot on as always, bought size 38 as I'm a UK 5. Can't praise this company enough for both their products and excellent service.”

“I made an order with Moda. To be fair the boots were really lovely but I couldn’t justify the spend as had something already that was very similar. That purchase was on the 9/9/25 returned to them that same week but return not processed. I still have not received a refund … this I think is pretty poor in todays financial climate and needs prompt addressing … if it takes this long now what will it be like during the festive period”

“It is with much regret that I must write this very disappointing review about customer service. Your customer service is pathetic. I returned my order to Moda in Pelle on 18th September and it was delivered to the Moda in Pella on 19th September. I unfortunately have not received any refund. I have written twice to customer service and have not received as much as a response. Just a general generated email which say that your very busy and you would be in touch in 3 working days. I’m still waiting for your response”

“Haven't received order after a month....the courier you use have lost it.. .you are aware of this but are not contacting me, even after numerous emails. You are not accessible by phone so have not been refunded.....would not recommend purchasing from moda...”
