“As usual excellent service and prompt delivery,unfortunately I had to return one pair so returned to my local shop concession In Upminster Stacie is the manager there always so helpful and good service from this store . I love Moda in Pella shoes .”

“Just love the quality of these well made shoes, but have noticed over the years how narrow the fit is decreasing, which is annoying when as you get older feet get wider, due to this I recently had to return a pair, actually it was 3 week ago, and guess what I am still waiting for my refund!”

“Shoes arrived within time stated. Beautifully wrapped and the shoes are like slippers. Now have 2 pairs of boots, 2 pairs of trainers and 7 pairs of shoes and sandles. So moda must be doing something right.”

“Website easy to use but can’t give full marks as still awaiting on a return payment for an item that was received back by moda in pelle on 8/9/25 I’ve been told there is an issue with technical system so I have to wait until that is resolved before I get refund yet they don’t have a problem taking my money for an order ?”

“Perfect boots. I was worried they might be too small but they are perfect. The leather is so soft and the boots so comfortable. I did not think they made the perfect boots anymore but obviously Moda in pelle do. Cannot praise them enough.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer for years because the shoes are consistently excellent—great quality, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. This has become my go-to shoe brand. That said, the returns process could really use improvement. It often takes a long time for returns to be processed, and the packaging makes it unnecessarily difficult. The shoes arrive wrapped so tightly that fitting the boxes back into the return bag is a real struggle. A more practical approach to packaging would make the experience much smoother. One small note on the website: it doesn’t save your basket automatically, so you have to do it manually. Not a huge issue, but it can be inconvenient if I can’t complete my shopping in one go. If these aspects were improved, I’d happily give 5 stars.”

“Great quality shoes and great offers. Bought beige leather trainers and I love them. I do find difficulty in fit as I'm a 6.5 and shoe sizes are 6 or 7. So I find I have to order 2 pairs to find tge right fit and there is a charge to return as I do not live near a store. This does put me off from ordering as much as I would like.”
