“I've bought few pairs of sandals and shoes. They were very stylish . The only problem is l only take a size 3. Which depending on I've find that they run a. Bit big”

“Gorgeous shoes, but my previous pair didn't last more than a year before there was a hole in the sole and the rubber on the side separated from the rest of the shoe. Hopefully this pair (in the sale) will fare better!”

“Refunds take way too long, it’s the slowest of any other company I have dealt with. As there are no shops/stockists near having to pay to send items back does not encourage me to make purchases even though you stock and have good quality and variety of footwear.”

“Poor customer service i recently returned an order via evri which has not been received back to moda in pelle I was informed its not their fault so I had to make a claim. It is impossible to make contact by phone and disconnects and the online chat is too busy apparently”
