“I am once again having to return a pair of shoes. I take a size 39 and having tieing them they would not go anyway near me . Certainly not true to size . I now know how cinders felt”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes. They arrived quickly, and were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately they were too narrow for me, as I do have swollen feet. I returned them,over weeks ago, and have heard nothing as yet about a refund .”

“Customer service reacted well to my stolen order and a replacement was sent out very quickly. Was not happy with Evri who left my order outside my home exposed, rather than taking the option of securing my parcel safely in my gated side access. Emails took a while for a response, better to call”

“I purchased a pair of sandals that broke on the very first time I wore them. I have tried emailing to report and request a replacement pair. There has been no response to my email and their phones go unanswered for ages. Poor service in my experience.”

“I have only bought moda shoes but the last pair I bought were so big they were sent back and that's where the problem starts ...trying to get my money back ..no body answers the phone or answers the emails ..so sorry moda no more shoes from you I'll go where you get decent customer service”
