“Cumbersome and difficult process to return a pair of shoes. No refund despite chasing and complaining. No answer to emails, phone line or chat function. The worst customer experience, will never buy from this company again.”

“Poor quality sandals received from their online service, the top stap over the foot was so wide that your foot just slipped forward. I had to pay to return the sandals and still a month later waiting for the refund.”

“Lovely pair of shoes I brought some heeled trainers and a pair of boat shoes. Very comfortable and the trainers have removable insoles which is great as I have special soles for my shoes”

“These are only the 2nd pair of Moda in Pelle shoes I have ever bought but I can tell you they won’t be the last. When I receive the sandals I loved them but was not sure jow comfortable they will be because of the “glittery too”. How wrong I was! They are gorgeous and very very comfortable. They were perfect for taking on holidays as they matched everything colourwise. I got lots of lovely comments the 1st time I wore them from people I didn’t know at the airport and ever since. Could walk in them and felt great in them!! Bravo Moda in Pelle!!”

“I have rated this review because, although my trainers were delivered promptly, I had to send them back which was acknowledged and I chose a refund. I was informed this would take 10 working days from 15th August and I am still waiting for my refund on 6th September.”

“Love Moda in pelle, and have so many pairs, don’t wear anything else. Was disappointed in my last pair as one shoe was too small and one shoe was too big! Never had a chance to send them back as I was taken ill, so ended up keeping an unwearable pair of shoes. But usually they are spot on.”

“Moda in Pelle have such a great variety of sandals, shoes, boots, trainers and accessories. The footwear is so comfortable and stylish and never goes out of fashion. They have great sales too which makes everything more affordable. They are always coming up with new ideas and styles. I have so many pairs of footwear, to say I'm addicted, is no exaggeration 😀”
