“The shoes are great, right now customer service is very poor. I took a pair of shoes back because they did not fit. I have waited nearly 4 weeks for a refund that should take up to 10 days!!! I am still waiting!!”

“I ordered a pair of lovely shoes but they were too small. Returned them & ticked paperwork for a refund. Received an email from Nicola on the 12/8/25 to say you had received them back & did I want a refund or voucher. That it would be 10 workings days from them receiving parcrl on 12/ 8. I sent back an email on 13/8/25 to say a refund. Then received another email on 19/8/25 from Isabelle that I was in a que for a refund & would be completed in 10 working days . It is now the 4/9/25 & still no refund ! This is terrible customer service. If you send something back to next your refund is in your account with 5days. Anywhere else its less than 10days. Mode in pelle have had the return back since 12/8/25. Not impressed Ive brought from here before but luckily never had to return before. Reading bad reviews online about waiting on refunds i wish id known sooner as causing stress.”

“Nice shoes. Appalling customer service. Purchased a pair of pink slip on’s over a month ago. Arrived in a battered box. Clearly a shop display pair as were very dirty underneath as though they had been worn, and you could see where the stickers had been removed. Paid for them to be returned, and I was assured they would be multiple checks before a replacement pair were sent out. 2nd pair arrived in an even worse condition. Contacted customer services and eventually got a standard response. I have emailed them 3 times and had no response. I would not recommend this company. Very poor.”

“I have purchased several times from website and things have gone well however this time my return has been revived and refund has not been processed in the time they specify and communication has been difficult. I have requested my bank claim the refund due to no communication.”

“Ordered a collection of shoes that were in the sale. The quality of them was shockingly bad. It was quite obvious that they were seconds as they had many faults plus the packaging was damaged! Went through the return process which was extremely slow and then sent back a week ago and NO contact and NO REFUND. Absolutely disgusting customer service.”

“I recently purchased some leather fellician trainers so comfortable leather inner too so luxurious on the sole. I have never bought from moda in pelle before was recommended by a friend! I have fallen in love with the fellician! I ended up buying 3 pairs!!!! Perfect investment for my feet”

“Bought the wedge sandal's in gold, so comfy I bought a pair in silver. A friend admired them and she bought a pair. Good quality, lovely material, look quite sexy AND can walk miles in them. Got both pairs on sale so real win 😃”

“I bought a pair of Schoon shoes ... they arrived on time, well packaged and fit really well. Good quality and for once buying something online, the real life version actually looked liked the picture! Moda In Pelle is a go to for me whenever I am looking for something funky, different, good quality and good price. All round, real value for money.”
