“I sent shoe's back as to big OVER A MONTH AGO... I have tracking and photo proof they got there 2 days later, constantly messaging them NO REPLY, ringing them office closed wkdays and am ringing between office hrs, absolutely disgusting, I bought 4 pair's for choice,style, none suitable, all 4 sent back. I've bought from modainpelle for yrs, I will NEVER Again, very unsatisfied customer”

“Quality goods delivered quickly and efficiently. Email sent as one item not suitable and was included in an offer so didn't know how to deal with it. Not had reply so have pair of boots looking for new owner they fit.”

“I had to wait for my refund for nearly a month..in the end I went to my bank who are dealing with the refund..I will not be coming back here for anything... still haven't heard a word about payment.. you are very quick to take money shame you are not as quick returning it poor service very poor”

“I ordered boots back in August, they got lost at evri depot which evri confirmed. Your help desk has been extremely slow at replying to my emails and concerns regarding my order. As yet I still haven't received my boots after early last week staying you could deliver them in 48 hours. No boots have arrived and I haven't had another communication. Really poor customer care.”

“Order shoes on the 22nd August, contacted via email a week later when they hadn’t arrived, contacted again another week later, waited another week for a reply, phone number doesn’t work, nobody replies to emails. Live chat doesn’t get any response either. Shoes finally sent out on a next day delivery but one has glue all over the front. I just can’t be bothered to send them back for a replacement pair. Absolutely awful service, never used to be like that with Moda. Shocking 😳”
