“Really pleased with my last purcahse ( pink wedge sandals) Easy to by online and prompt delivery. The sandals were great - i'm so pleased with them - perfect fit ( size6) and comfortable due to the cushioning. I was able to wear them all day / night for a wedding. Thanks”

“I purchased two items online, no initial issues, my order was processed and despatched. When I received the items regrettably they were too big, so unfortunately had to return them, I returned them to a moda in pelle store on 22nd August, however I did not receive a refund until 17th September! The Customer Service was awful, unable to contact via phone as the phone lines were closed for several days. Due to this experience I will not be purchasing anything from moda in pelle again. Really disappointing.”

“Absolute quality! The only shoes I haven’t had to break into. Get me through an entire day at work without any blisters, discomfort or that heavy feeling of a chunky loafer. In fact so lightweight you don’t realise you have anything on your feet. Moda in Pelle is who you want for quality and a slick finish to your outfit.”

“If I could put zero in the above I would , worse company ever !!!! Customer care non existentant, you cannot speak to anyone their phones lines either closed or busy Monday to Friday . 6 weeks to get a refund for a pair shoes that were too big . As much as I like their products would not go near them again”

“I must have at least 200 products from Moda in pelle maybe more so I think that says it all. I love the style , comfort , fit and colours . Don't buy my shoes , boots anywhere else . Perfection 👌 is the best word for them”

“I have bought many many pairs of shoes from Moda in Pelle over the years and never had a problem until now. In mid August I bouht a pair of silver sandals online. I am usully size 5 in their shoes nd 4 in their boots which is not helpful . The sandals had a double ankle strap that was too short to do up and I don't have fat ankles. Furthermore the shoes were unusually heavy so no good for packing to take on a flight. Finally one of the petals was bent. I returned the shoes to a branch of Moda in Pelle and expected a refund in a short space of time. However they did say it could take up to ten working days, ie two weeks. In actual fact, it took four weeks for the refund to my account! I really don't find this acceptable.”
