“I returned 3 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago and still don’t have a refund. This is very poor. I emailed at day 10 and all I got was a Discount code for a future purchase. I won’t be ordering online again”

“The product was good but the refund procedure doesn’t work. They promise a refund within 10 working days it is now 17 days since I returned some sandals and still no refund despite chasing them”

“Absolutely shocking service when refunding! DO NOT BUY! Still waiting for a refund for shoes bought over two months ago! Logged case with RESOLVER. DIFFICULT to contact company as no response to emails, chatbot doesn't work and lengthy phone queues! Company state they having issues with refund process system but amazing that they are still able to process sales?! DISGRACEFUL!”

“the service i receieved when ordering and delivery was very good, i have no complaints there. However, i returned my order in store on Monday 25th August and have still not received a refund which is very poor. the communication on emails is very slow.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of sandals loved the design & would have kept both as the were beautiful however they were narrow fitting and regrettably I've had to return them 😞 however I have got proof of return but as yet have still not received my refund. I would appreciate it being sorted.”

“Not impressed. The sandals felt very poor quality - the material was very stiff and uncomfortable. I returned the sandals, I emailed to chase for my refund. I had a reply acknowledging receipt of my return, but I STILL have not been refunded!”
