“Ordered on 11/13/24 for us to us shipping and it’s 11/18/24 and still have not received a tracking number. There was a quick response when my payment was received. However they have been radio silence when asking about the status of my order a few days later with no change in order activity. I’m to the point now where if it shows up, then it does, and if it doesn’t then it doesn’t. I will just take a loss, and accept I’ve been allegedly scammed.
I wish I would have found this review site before ordering from this vendor. Buyer beware.”
“Honestly I second Scott. This place is a complete scam when it comes to US to US shipping, especially since they promise 2-4 business days for shipping/delivery. Unless you’re willing to spend 450.00 for “free” shipping within the states, you’ll be charged at least half in shipping and handling based on the amount ordered up to 450.00 and not receive it in the promised timeframe. Idk what options are better than this company, but anything is better than this headache.”
“First off, they sent my package to Denver Colorado, I live in Chicago. Then I got the runaround with their WhatsApp service, which is a joke. These guys actually used to be good a couple months ago, not sure what happened. The kicker is they promised me my package today, I contacted usps. They haven’t even received a package from these guys, the package number they gave me doesn’t even work!!! Do not buy from this place, it will be an absolute headache. I ordered from them on the 15th, today is the 26th and I still haven’t received my package. They probably won’t even read this but worth warning someone else. I paid a lot of money for this as well.”
