“Paid for over night service and yet 6 days later and my order still hasn't been dropped off. Also, the label was printed for the third time in a row now for ground service while charging a ridiculous rate for overnight. I have used this company for years but lately their service is getting worse and worse. Support can't give you a straight answer no matter what you ask. It is a shame because this company used to be so reliable. Order 355742M”
