“Communication and customer service were good, but I was a little disappointed with ModaXL. It seems that sometimes they had a mild effect, but other times, there was no noticeable change. Might have to try a different product.”

“I love the product it's absolutely always quality and worth the expensive price point. I have had numerous problems with shipping in my 9 months using the company. Last go around was not good. I tried to contact supplier and explain that the postal service said that my products were late because of the damaged container (bag).When I did receive my order this resulted in a ripped bag, numerous broken packets and 2 missing from the actual parcel. I reached out and emailed the company to explain this before it was even delivered and they were not very kind. Commenting the tracking information and stating that it would be there tomorrow.I understand that this was an error on the postal service and not the company but the response to my email was not handled in the best way it could be for a customer who has brought steady and consistent business their way accumulating a large monetary gain for the company. The only reason that will use them again is because at least I know the quality I am receiving. To this effected I spent an obscene amount of money on half the product I was suppose to have been sent. They have a wonderful product that is reliable and it really is sad that they have such shipping and customer service issues.”

“Another set of fantastic products from modafinil xl.com! This previous order was from early September and is the 4th time I've purchased from them, it is also my largest and I have no regrets whatsoever. I have nothing but great things to say about both the company itself and the team that makes everything happen. I am based in the southeast of the US, and this order took about 2 weeks, which has impressed me yet again. With every order I've been amazed at the swiftness of their shipping speed; given these orders come all the way from the other side of the world, it's truly admirable. Same goes for their customer service, always quick to reply and super helpful. The only time I've ever had an issue was with my first order paying with Bitcoin, but this was due to my own fault, which was promptly corrected. Then with a previous email from my an order early last year, inquiring about a discount, I hadn't heard back for a few days (but I think it was either the weekend or I just forgot to send it). Messaged them again, and they got right back with me. Either way, point is they've never let me down, & I ONLY purchase from Modafinilxl because I trust them, know they are reliable, handle things in a professional manner, & each of the 4 brands I've purchased provide excellent results (The XL brands, Modalert, Moda MD, & Strong Artvigil). My favorites are the last 2 brands. Anytime I receive a new order, I know I'm gonna have an edge in my daily routine for a good while; they've honestly changed my life!
