Waste of time and money.

Needed Revell Decal Soft so bought unneeded additional paints and Bodyputty to justify delivery cost. Waited 11 days for delivery only to read "Sorry currently out of stock" referring to Revell Decal Soft & Bodyputty on invoice. Think twice about trusting their website for stock information. Now unable to finish model (or use dining table) 2 weeks after ordering. I would have just cancelled and had more time to re-source had they given me ANY prior warning that they couldn't fulfill my order. After contacting them enquiring when would I get the Decal Soft, I received a message saying, "sorry you were not notified that the two items were out of stock", "Supply of orders is slow" and "Your payment was on a pre authorisation meaning any out of stock items are cancelled and not charged, so no items are owing" "Kind Regards, Customer Service"

Had to spend more time to source from elsewhere (less options as now sold out most places) and pay postage AGAIN!
