“We revamped the first floor of our home – kitchen, bathrooms, and fresh entryway vibes with tile and cabinets. We're happy we went with Modern Renovations! Right from the start, the Modern Renovations Team was on point – super organized and easy to work with. When they came over, they broke down their process so we knew what was up. Mario was our project manager, and he's a rockstar. He kept us in the loop, so we knew the deal with the schedule and progress. He handled the project very well, explaining our choices and costs when stuff came up (which is typical). The crews were pros, polite, and happy to chat. We're loving our remodeled home and totally recommend Modern Renovations. If we need more work, they're our go-to.”

“Mario did an excellent job explaining the services he could provide. It took a few weeks to iron out the details, but we eventually settled on the scope of the work. His team was punctual and dedicated, arriving on time every day and putting in a solid effort. Surprisingly, he completed the project a few weeks ahead of schedule. I am extremely satisfied with the remodel performed by Modern Renovations.”

“I'm really thankful for the great job done by Modern Renovations, especially Mario, the project manager. A few months ago, I contacted Modern Renovations to get an estimate for renovating my kitchen and two bathrooms. Soon after, Mario visited my home to assess the project and give me a free quote. Mario was courteous and professional, and I was impressed with his ideas. After receiving estimates from a few other companies, I ultimately chose to go with Mario and Modern Renovations. Mario also assisted us in the materials shopping process by providing guidance on where to shop and what to look for. This was a very professional touch. I am delighted with the results – my new kitchen and bathroom are fantastic! I highly recommend their services; they are dependable and provide excellent work.”

“We chose Modern Renovations for our bathroom renovation project. We completely revamped the space, starting from the studs, with the addition of custom cabinets, a new shower, tiles, and fixtures. The project stayed within our budget, and the quality of work was excellent. We had a positive experience working with the entire Modern Renovations team and would not hesitate to hire them again. The project did run a bit longer than expected, partly due to supply chain disruptions caused by COVID. This was our first major remodeling project, and Justin and his suppliers were a great help in selecting materials. We are pleased with the final result and didn't even need a designer. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!”

“Our experience with Modern Renovations far exceeded our expectations! We decided to remodel our entire house, including the kitchen and bathrooms. From the beginning to the end of the project, the Modern Renovations team was incredibly easy to work with. They were attentive to our needs, and the quality of their work, right down to the smallest details, was impeccable. They also made sure to stick to our budget, which was greatly appreciated. If you're in need of a contractor who can get the job done correctly, on time, and without any unexpected financial surprises, we wholeheartedly recommend Modern Renovations for bathroom and kitchen remodeling as well. “We hired Modern Renovations for our kitchen remodeling project, and it was a fantastic experience. The renovation involved a complete overhaul: we removed all the old appliances, cabinets, countertops, and lighting, replacing them with new ones and adding some wall tiling. Although we kept the basic layout, we made some functional improvements and even added a wine fridge. Working with the entire team was a pleasure. Justin was incredibly helpful in guiding us through appliance selection and prepping for the renovation. He kept us in the loop throughout the project and provided solutions when needed. Mario, our project manager, ensured we stayed informed about our daily progress. We always knew when the team would be working on-site and when subcontractors were expected. Mario and his crew spent a lot of time in our home during the renovation and were unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful. They were diligent in keeping their work areas clean and were patient in answering our many questions. The result? Our kitchen is now a dream come true, surpassing our expectations. It looks fantastic, and we owe Modern Renovations a huge thanks for their hard work and dedication. We're so pleased with the kitchen that we've decided to have Modern Renovations handle our bathroom remodeling project as well. If it turns out as great as our kitchen, we'll be over the moon!”

“My father did his bathroom with Mario, and he recommended this company and I just recently did my kitchen. They were very professional and great to work with, and I'll be doing my bathroom with them when I get around to it soon. I definitely recommend.”
