“I placed an order with you on the 6th January and my order was finally posted on January the 12th. It is now the 28th or janurary and I still haven’t received my order and the shipping tracking status is still sitting at pending. I have contacted you guys 4 times now with a reply to keep waiting it will come but still now change. I spent allot of money on my items and are needing them. I haven’t again contacted today and are waiting to hear. So my first experience with you has not been great at all”
