“I normally would preach about modi bodi, I previously had 8 pairs which I would rave to everyone about how amazing they are however I bought 4 new pairs (which isn’t a cheap) and wow I’m so disappointed, I bought the same size, same cut and they are completely different, so much shorter in the body, roll down with every movement, a much narrower cut round the back so they barely cover you, I leaked over night due to the period area being much shorter even though they are the same absorbency, so annoyed and frustrated and such a waste of money for something that used to brilliant.”
“I received the underwear and it just felt tight and uncomfortable even though it was the right size. the fabric is not stretchy like I expected. I bought another period underwear from a different seller and I loved it so I assumed this would be the same”
“I have ordered from Modibodi before and I wanted to order some new items. I ordered various items from Modibodi UK on 28 Dec. Firstly, I was notified that one of the items was out of stock and given a voucher for the cost of the item, an extra £5 and a free delivery code. Whilst I think that it is a nice alternative also being given the option to have a refund of my money back would be appreciated.
Secondly, as mentioned above, I ordered my items on 28 Dec and it is now 12 January and I still haven't received my items. When I explained to Modibodi that I still haven't received my items, I was informed that the courier is dealing with the backlog. The courier being Royal Mail, the package having been sent Tracked 48.
I have ordered other items from other companies (John Lewis) on NY and I have received this item which was delivered by the same courier (Royal Mail).
I hope this is a unique situation. I note that this is not a reflection of their items as I have mentioned I have 2 other items from Modibodi which is why I wanted to order from them again.”
