“Garvey Hanchard took time to consider a problem that a member of my family had regarding workplace bullying arising out of a whistle blowing incident. Garvey went above and beyond listening to and considering the information that we provided him with and made suggestions about the best way forward, and what was in my relatives interest. Prior to speaking to Garvey, I was extremely mistrustful of solicitors. I was really surprised by his approach and my faith has been restored! Based on our experience with Monaco Solicitors, I’d say that they are an ‘ethical’ organisation and a firm that you can trust. In my opinion, when you’re ringing around for help, make Monaco Solicitors your first choice.”

“I worked with Lorna Valcin where she was instrumental in navigating through a very turbulent time with my employer, one of which I had never experienced, nor would look to anytime in future. “I contacted Monaco Solicitors after reading their reviews on line as I was not satisfied with my previous solicitor. I had a very positive impression from my initial call and subsequently when I spoke with Chris Hogg. I was impressed how quickly Chris grasped the situation I was in (unfair treatment by my employer). I found him knowledgeable and a good advisor. Having listened to me and to what I wished to achieve, Chris supported me all the way through to reach the desired outcome and even more... Our communication by email and over the phone was punctual, clear, and very focus. The fact that it was not a local firm was not a problem at all. I would recommend Chris to anyone asking me for a reliable solicitor. A big thank you to you Chris.”

“I highly recommend Monaco Solicitors. Dippalli was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too much for her, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field and takes time to answer any questions and explain things clearly. In fact I’ve never experienced such a quick and efficient service from a Solicitors! My emails and calls were always responded to in a very timely manner. I was also very impressed by the initial consultation and amount of advice I was provided for free. In fact it was very clear throughout that making money from me was not important and at that Dippalli’s primary focus was to help me to get the best out of my situation and be fully aware of all legal implications. “I will be forever grateful to Nicola Welchmann. I don't know how I would have got through the past few months without her. Nicola gave me solid advice from the start of what was an extremely difficult case. My employer loaded the deck against me in an extremely unfair way, tabling a series of highly emotive untrue allegations and initiating a disciplinary process that seemed to be unbelievably one-sided, as they knew that they had no reason to move against me on performance grounds. The employment relationship was clearly beyond repair, but Nicola set out a solid strategy from the off to enable us to achieve our objective of obtaining a good settlement - including defending some crucial financial elements - and a clean reference. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicola, including coming back to work early after Christmas when my employer waited until after the Christmas shutdown to instigate disciplinary proceedings in an attempt to force me into a corner.”
