“Their customer service massively lets them down - the live chat representatives do not answer your question nor help in anyway apart from forwarding a link onto you which is a general link and unspecific. They also take a very long time to reply (it's meant to be a live chat!) and it's very difficult to find the live chat box after you've closed the box temporarily to check your balance.
Extremely unhelpful and very impersonal. They should look into their customer service and tailoring/personalising answers and the way they handle themselves if they don't want to loose more customers.”
