“I've been with Money Plus for 14 months now. I've rang a few times to give meter reading and the phone is answered very quickly, without having to navigate around a difficult calling system. The advisors are very local and have time to have a chat, and definitely not reading from a script. Its like talking to someone you have known for years. All these are important to me, when having to call a company. Keep up the good work. Paul H.”

“5stars...I spoke to Katie today she was excellent, very helpful and told me what I needed to know and sorted out my issue straight away (which had occurred using a third party to move my services over) ...absolutely no hassle at all and the call went through to her in well under a minute. Can’t fault them at all. Thank you Katie and moneyplus”
