“Since I have changed over to MoneyPlus Energy i haven't had any issues everything is fine so far.I had a little problem with signing on but the girl on the phone was very helpful,so all in all I am satisfied .. M. Lindsay.”

“I have £140 credit in my account so you reduced my payments but didn’t address the £140, given we are coming out of winter that’s a lot of credit and I need that on my account not yours. I live below the breadline so that’s a months worth of food I can’t afford not to have. But Gemma was friendly and helpful. However the quote was the same as I had been paying which was obviously too much or I wouldn’t be in credit after 6months. So the advice for someone struggling to pay for basics, is to switch.”

“Due to an initial problem with the transfer to yourselves, due to my husband putting in an incorrect email address, the people I have spoken to in order to resolve this have been brilliant. Today the lady was really pleasant and helpful and explained everything so clearly. thank you”

“Helped with a major query, couldn’t resolve it there on the phone but offered to call back with an answer after some investigation and consultation. Did ring back 2/3 hours later with an answer and a plan. Thank you 😊”

“There was huge confusion and the accounts, I have two, were not entered correctly and I had to spend an hour on the phone sorting it out. The reason I ticked Good was because an amazing person called Aisha calmly and cleverly sorted it out before referring the issues to IT. Only thanks to her and I still with MoneyPlus, lots of problems, all sorted out..marvellous and polite staff.”

“As you are a new company I have switched over to you and see how much do I save in the coming year. I would suggest that I have smart meter so I would like to that you check the meter reading. I hope in coming month you can do so .”
