“Having an item still on the website which is out of stock”

Dear Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We regret that an out of stock item was still showing on our website, and you were able to order it. We try to maintain our website as much as possible, but sometimes delays in processing can cause these issues. Also, our new website was recently launched, but with some technical hitches, which are currently being worked on. We hope we can serve you again the future.
