“The Jellycat I ordered was quite obviously a fake. Not even a good one! It Wasn’t advertised as a fake so I thought I was buying an original and paid the same money as would have been for an original. Very underhand and misleading. Customer Service is non existent. Every email I send asking if I can return and get a refund is met with “we will contact the warehouse about this” . 3 months later it’s not resolved and I have a very disappointed daughter and I feel so angry that they purposely misled me and now will not deal with an unacceptable situation they have created.
